The Bishop E. A. Evans was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Marrying her high school sweetheart, James Evans, she dropped out of high school. She is the mother of two sons, Keith and James Jr. Later Bishop Evans completed her schooling as a married woman and went on to college as a single parent.
Bishop Evans has literally walked through the valley of the shadow of death. It was at the pint of death that she met God and allowed Him to put back the pieces of her shattered life. At that time, God called her to be a prayer warrior and Evangelist, but most importantly, to be a child of the King. She now lives to proclaim the restoration power of God in a man’s life; the power that restores a person’s inner self, as well as binds a family together again.
Bishop Evans currently pastors Restoration Ministries of Reconciliation along with her husband, Pastor James Evans, in Ocala, Florida, where she was ordained Bishop in September 2003 by Archbishop Duncan Williams.. She received her Doctrine Degree from All Nations Institute International and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the International Bible Institute and Seminary.
She gracefully walks in the gifts and callings of the five-fold ministry. She is noted for her marriage ministry teachings, pre-marital counseling, conference speaker, talk show host, women’s retreat minister, advocate for education and various endeavors in the community to better the holistic being.
Bishop Evans has carried her ministry into the prison and she is known for her evangelistic crusades to the countries of Haiti, Panama, Jamaica and Israel. She is a world renown five-fold minister of the Gospel who travels across the United States, Canada, England, France, Japan and most of Africa. She has been interviewed on TBN in Dallas, Texas; PBS in Tampa, Florida and Channel 55 in Orlando, Florida. Bishop Evans ministers to hundreds of women in various capacities regardless of race, religion, creed, social status or beliefs. She is a bold woman, full of grace who walks in and under authority. Apostle Steven Davis is a true market place Apostle and entrepreneur. He is the Chief Executive Officer of JAH Financial Consultants, Inc., New Horizons Community Development Corporation and The Senior Overseer of Greater Works International Ministries, Inc. and his wife Prophetess Valerie Davis serves as the Senior Pastor. He is also an Adjutant Professor of Economics and Finance at Concordia University in River Forest Illinois.
Apostle Davis was saved in 1977 while serving in the U. S. Marine Corps, shortly after the death of his mother Mrs. Jeanette Davis. He returned to Chicago and was Ordained a Deacon at New Hope M. B. Church in 1979. In 1981 he was licensed to Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ at the same Church under the Leadership of Pastor Troy L. Kates. In 1988 he joined Crusaders Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Apostle John J. Eckhardt. He was Ordained an Evangelist in 1989 and was appointed the head Elder over The Soul Winners Action Team (SWAT), the Alter Workers and The Men’s Ministry. In 1992 he meet Ms. Valerie R. Washington at Crusaders Church and on their first date he asked her to marry him and she said yes. In 1997 Apostle John Eckhardt Ordained Steven Davis as an Apostle and Ordained Valerie Davis as an Prophetess and sent them out to plant Greater Works International Church. Together their ministry has reached two Nations in Africa, The Eastern & Western Caribbean, Mexico, Canada and England.

He and his wife, Octavia, co-pastor of Love Christian Fellowship World Outreach Church of Pittsburg, California.
He answered the call to the gospel ministry in 1982 after practicing dentistry for five years. Dr. Dorrough
noticed families that were struggling with their children, marriages that were failing, and the general
hopelessness of the people in the city of Pittsburg—afterward he was moved by the Spirit of God to take action
and render a solution to some of the problems. Out of this effort came Love Christian Fellowship World
Outreach Church. He is an apostle, prophet, pastor, author, and teacher. He teaches a class known as the
“School of the Prophets” every Sunday morning. He hosts a weekly television program called, “It’s for You.” This
Christian television program can be seen on cable channel 26 at 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every Wednesday. Many
call him “Joseph the Dreamer” because he has the gift of interpreting dreams. He has trained and activated
